Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the value of modified ileostomy in acute abdomen.MethodsA total of 80 cases of acute abdomen who undergent ileostomy from March 2014 to September 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.The different methods of ileostomy were taken as the grouping factor.The operation time of ileostomy, complications after ileostomy, ileostomy retraction, the operation time for ileostomy closure and the length of the excised intestine during ileostomy closure were compared between the two groups of the traditional and modified ileostomy.ResultsCompared with the traditional ileostomy, the operation time of modified ileostomy was shorter and complications after ileostomy were less, the time of ileostomy closure was shortened, and more ileal tissue was retained.ConclusionThe modified ileostomy is a reasonable improvement to the traditional ileostomy.
