康复健肺八段操对新型冠状病毒病2019轻型患者身心健康的干预效果

    目的 评价康复健肺八段操对新型冠状病毒2019(novel coronavirus disease 2019, COVID-19)轻型患者身心健康的干预效果。 方法 采用随机对照设计,纳入湖北宜昌市第三人民医院2020年2月20日—3月20日轻型COVID-19住院患者80例,随机分为干预组40例(常规护理+康复健肺八段操训练)和对照组40例(常规护理)。在干预前、干预2周、4周后采用问卷调查评估康复健肺八段操对患者身心健康的影响。 结果 与阴性对照组比较,康复健肺八段操锻炼4周可显著改善精神性焦虑(P<0.001)、躯体性焦虑(P=0.014),缓解躯体疲劳(P=0.032)及脑力疲劳(P=0.027),减轻呼吸困难情况(P<0.001),提升生理机能(P<0.001)、生理职能(P<0.001)、情感职能(P=0.001)、精神健康(P<0.001)、社会功能(P<0.001)、精力(P<0.001)以及一般健康状况(P<0.001),降低躯体疼痛(P=0.001),显著改善睡眠质量(P<0.001),缩短入睡时间(P<0.001),增加睡眠时间(P=0.002),提高睡眠效率(P=0.001),减轻睡眠障碍(P=0.001),减少催眠药物使用(P=0.007)。 结论 康复健肺八段操是一种无创康复训练方法,有助于改善COVID-19轻型患者身心健康,可在COVID-19轻型患者中推广应用。

    Abstract:

    Objective To evaluate the intervention effect of Rehabilitation and Strengthening Lung Eight-stages Exercises on physical and psychological health in patients with mild novel coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). Methods In this randomized controlled study, we included a total of 80 patients diagnosed with mild COVID-19 in Yichang Third People's Hospital, Hubei Province, from February 20, 2020 to March 20, 2020. All patients were randomly divided into intervention group (40 cases) and control group (40 cases). The patients in the control group were given routine care while patients in the intervention group received Rehabilitation and Strengthening Lung Eight-stages Exercises except routine care. The effects of Rehabilitation and Strengthening Lung Eight-stages Exercises on physical and psychological health in patients with mild COVID-19 was accessed using questionnaire investigation before intervention, two weeks and four weeks after intervention. Results Compared with those in the negative control group, mental anxiety (P<0.001) and physical anxiety (P=0.014) were significantly improved, and physical fatigue (P=0.032) and mental fatigue (P=0.027) and dyspnea (P<0.001) were significantly relieved, and physical function (P <0.001), physical role(P<0.001), emotional role (P=0.001), mental health (P<0.001), social function (P <0.001), vitality (P<0.001) and general health (P<0.001) were significantly promoted, and physical pain (P=0.001) was significantly reduced, in patients in the intervention group. In addition, Rehabilitation and Strengthening Lung Eight-stages Exercises could significantly improve sleep quality (P<0.001), shorten sleep time (P<0.001), increase sleep time (P=0.002), improve sleep efficiency (P=0.001), and reduce somnipathy (P=0.001), reduce the use of hypnotic drugs (P=0.007). Conclusions As a non-invasive rehabilitation method, Rehabilitation and Strengthening Lung Eight-stages Exercises could improve physical and psychological health, and therefore could be popularized and used in patients with mild COVID-19.
